Delivery Charges
Depending on what you order the appropriate shipping rates and options will be presented to you.

Generally lower cost for royal mail and higher for courier service - We use DPD.

Delivery Schedule
We endeavour to deliver your order right away. We will normally dispatch your order next working day. However, we reserve the right to delay the shipment delivery for valid mitigating circumstances. International orders are generally shipped in 2-3 days.

If you wish to have guaranteed next day delivery please call the shop on  (07719) 597634 between 0900 - 1730 to arrange this with our shop staff. The cut-off time for this service is 14:00 hours, Monday to Thursday excluding Bank Holidays.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
